We have had several complaints to the Mitchell Police department and I cannot tell you how professional and competent they are. The last person who answered a call was Officer Wilson and he followed the same five star rating. He acted like he was very interested and it is very gratifying to have level of response. Cops around here bend the rules to get what they want. I just witnessed a police car driving the opposite direction (south) I was diving (north). The officer was following another car with his head lights on bright and his spot light located on the top of his vehicle blasting the driver in front of him on the bypass. As I looked in my review mirror I saw the officer turn left onto 8th street with the driver ahead of him continuing south. There isn't a reason for this as the entire stretch of the bypass is lit up with street light. This could have caused an accident not to mention I have been a victim of corrupt police officers in this town.
