If you’re looking for a great acting school north of the city, this is definitely the place! I’ve been taking classes with Coach Richard Hempton for 4 years. He’s a phenomenal mentor and constantly challenges his students to grow their actor’s perspective. It’s been a great privilege to have studied and continue to study under someone like Coach Richard. He’s been acting since his childhood and really knows acting and understands the business of acting. Definitely recommend auditing one of his classes.

I absolutely love this place. I have been a student here for the past 2 years. Last year I studied with coach Richard Hempton. I found him to be an excellent instructor. I personally feel I grew so much as an actor last year in conservatory year one. Coach Richard is knowledgeable, Caring extremely fun to be around. I recommend the actors scene to anyone who is looking to take their career to the next level. And enjoy the journey while they are on the way.

I definitely recommend The Actor’s Scene! I’ve been taking classes there for 3 years while also interning for 2 of those years. In that time, I’ve not only found acting opportunities and learned vital skills, but also have made friendships that I hope will last a lifetime.nnMost importantly, I recommend and thank my coach, Richard Hempton. He is truly one of the most professional yet encouraging people that I’ve ever met. He loves and cares about the industry so much and only wants the best for his students. I’m lucky because I’ve had Richard as a Coach but also as a Director. He was able to give me my first Film credits and I can’t thank him enough! He’s also an advocate for youth actors and teaches us many things to know when being this age in the industry. I honestly could go on about how impactful he has been as my coach but you can see for yourself and train with him! You won’t regret it ud83dude0a

The main reason I have studied at The Actor’s Scene for so many years is because of Coach Richard Hempton. Coach Richard gets into the heart of his students and teaches them how to reach into their inner core to find both strengths and weaknesses to improve their skills. He encourages taking risks without judgement that allows students to expand the breadth of their abilities. Phenomenal coach.

Richard Hempton is one of the best acting teacher's I've ever had. I took his Alexander Technique class and it was the best class I have ever taken. He creates a a safe environment to be able to try new things without being judged. I would take any class if he was the teacher, honestly.
