Ana María, the assistant, made me feel welcomed and even with a horrible mask ud83dude37 in my face she called me “beautiful” LOL, that was so sweet... Then Zach the tech/owner, was extremely helpful, very patient and friendly. He helped me to choose a new band for my 39 years old Longines watch, that has a special meaning for me, because it was a gift from my sister. I was not able at this time to buy the original band ($400 value) and he suggested styles, and finally customized a new band to my wrist, to make my treasure looks like new ud83dude0d I just love this place!
Best place in town for out standing customer service.
Love love love, got my ring here and got the lifetime warranty and they don’t even have rules to how you have to maintain to keep the warranty, very sweet people and so professional.
