Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. She is 9 and was terrified. The young gal with chin- length curly hair was so kind and patient. I really wish I had gotten her name. Her pierced ears look beautiful and she is happy. Thank you!

Very sad to see employees not wearing mask and especially when giving piercings. Iv called many times and this company shows no interest in teaching their employees about safety.

If I could give them no stars, I would. DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE. The girl who pierced my cartilage but it to high on the ear, making it where you can’t even see the piercing. I recommend Pagoda in the mall. They are a ear piercing shop on the first floor. Plus, the staff at Claire’s is unprofessional and rude.
