If I could give them less than one star I would! I really like Ivan but the elderly associate there was very rude. I purchased a bag there and she never sent my receipt. I went back to get her to resend my receipt via email and she stated that she needed to charge my card again. I refused and showed her my account, yet she refused To send me my receipt. I then asked for a refund and she refused and said I can’t let you leave without charging your card. She then stated I can’t let you leave with the bag ????? Ivan stepped in and asked me to leave my information until the funds cleared. Of course the funds cleared but the experience was terrible and I will never return. Ivan thank you for being so kind but please train your associates to be kind and to treat customers with dignity and respect.

The store manager here is awesome. Forgot his name but with his help, I was in and out in 15 minutes. You can really tell he loves the product but most importantly, he loves what he does!

The staff was friendly and wasn't pushy. Terri tried to helped me find what I was looking for. It was a pleasant experience.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I had purchased a purse from the store during the COVID outbreak. That day I found another purse I liked and decided to order that one online and return the 1st one I bought. I went to return it and Dawne (the lady who sold it to me) told me I wouldn’t be able to return it until their stores reopen but I could return it anytime when they reopen. I left the purse in my closet and saw stores were open and decided to return it today. I walk in and I tell them I came to return this purse because I found a different one I liked that I was carrying with me. I didn’t catch the employees name but she was a tall Black lady and Dawne was there as well. She held up the purse dangling by her 2 fingers and she rudely said I couldn’t return it because it has “spots” on it. She pointed to nothing on the purse. I’ve worked many industries (food, retail, front desk etc) and of course if there was a stain I would 100% understand why I wouldn’t be able to return it. But there was none. I stood there hoping she could offer me another solution or even if she had told me kindly in the 1st place I would’ve just called it a loss and went on with my day but they were both incredibly rude. She stood there silently with the purse dangling by her 2 fingers and was just looking the other way until I took it and just left. I tried calling Coach’s support number and the only thing the employee told me was that she’s not sure if they could take it in the 1st place because it was past the 30 day return policy. But how could I have returned it if 1. I was told I could return it anytime whenever they reopen. And 2. How would I return it within 30 days if their stores were closed for more than 30 days and just reopened the other week? I’ve read many other horror stories about Coach and their employees and didn’t believe them until now.
