Great experience. Pierced our 4month old daughter ears and the girls were so nice and quick doing it. They did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went to buy jewelry to have my daughters ears pierced but While I was asking for help, the employee was on the phone and just ignored us. I then asked the other employee to help since the other was on the phone and she got on a FaceTime call while she was helping us. Her attitude was so unprofessional, I didn’t feel comfortable with them piercing my baby’s ears at that point. I ended up going to Claire’s and the exact jewelry we were going to buy from here cost $10 less At Claire’s ! And the service at Claire’s was 100 times better! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Not worth it.

Horrible and not advisable for any one they are ridiculous!!!!! They will train on your child ear, would give zero if I have.
