Two weeks ago I brought my Bulova Watch to this location. They charged me $250.00 up front for the repair of the stem and crown on my watch. The guy mentioned he might not find the right color, but would get me the right Bulova crown. I went up there today to pick it up and not only was it not the right color, but it was a very generic off brand crown. I told him that I was disappointed it wasn't the right color and I knew there was a off chance it wouldn't be, but what really bothered me was it was not the Bulova crown. For the amount of money that was paid to repair I would have expected it to be the correct brand. He proceeded to argue with me and I basically told him he scammed me. My wife was really upset as this was a gift from her. I will go out on my own to find the correct crown and have someone else put it on for me. These people were rude, not truthful, and he was trying to sell me another watch. I would not recommend anyone bringing a valuable watch for repair to this shop.

We found them by accident and it turned out to be a great experience. The staff was friendly and they made the repairs on the spot. No wait!nThanks you guys for being awesome, professional and quick.

Called to ask for the price of replacing two Casio G Shock batteries. The lady who answered the phone told me to bring them. I live far and just wanted to know how much they charge. She said some G Shocks have 3 batteries. I told her the two I have only have one battery. She very rudely replied to take them somewhere else. If I lived closer I would go by and give them a piece of my mind! Too bad I can't give them zero stars!!! Horrible customer service.
