My boyfriend and I stopped by Helzburg diamonds at Mall of Georgia and was completely ignored by the sales clerks there. I understood they were busy and we waited for 20minutes just for two ladies to walk in after us and get assistance right away from the same lady that said she was going to help us. This was a horrible experience and will never return to this location again.

Today I went into the store, I was not greeted upon entering. The rep helping me did not know the service warranty ( pandemic exception) , the manager couldn’t answer a specific question I had about when me ring would be return if I went to a store that had a jeweler, nor did she offer to call and find out for me. I’ll be back, because I have to continue to get my ring serviced...hopefully the next time I come into the store the experience will be better.
