I wanted to order 6 balloons only! The young lady told me that I have to wait for 2 hours! Nobody was in lane I was the only customer! This is just a personal advice for the store manager, you will be loosing business for this policy, if your employee are busy I do understand however when nobody is in line! I think this is a poor business decision!
Plenty of good decorations for St Patrick's day and the service was friendly and quick. I appreciate that so I can be in and out quickly!
I needed advice on the prices for blowing balls, I asked the girl, she did not even look at me doing her business, and answered looking somewhere and continuing to do her business, then she left and I tried to ask her what I needed, it's just awful, who do you hire ?! I have not changed the prices anywhere, so that you can see the prices for inflation of balloons brought with me. it's terrible, I felt terribly rejected.
Probably just due to the holiday but man was it a mess. Appeared to be about 25% stocked and really dim lighting. 3 cashiers open but still waited almost 20 min in line.
Quick and easy in and out. Very friendly staff. I know I can always count on them for my balloon arrangements!
