Have had many issues within the park since taken over by new property owner. Had to have law enforcement involved with the new owner due to several people seeing him staring into my home. People are having issues within the park and has brought it to the new owners attention and nothing has been done. Rent has been doubled and nothing more has been added to the property such as a dump for the community or water. There are rodents and rats throughout the park. (Killed 4 myself) Also had to contact dept of environmental health for sewage and septic issues. If it were possible to rate under a 1 it would have negatives from me.
