Never would I rent landlords dont fix anything most apt hve roaches black mold not good for noone they should sell property due to fact never fixing anything
I rent from Gary Bailey he is a slumlord if your looking for a place and he owns it I would keep looking bc his apartments there black mold Everytime it rain I lost power and he never fix anything I could keep going even tho he didn't fix nothing like he was suppose to he wanted his rent money and he would eviction you for being a few days late. Be careful paying him with cash bc he will tell you he lost it and in your mind he knew damn well u pay him. The made me a month late and all of sudden I owed him 1800 dollars and he wouldn't show me any paperwork to show me how I owed him that much.
I went by there not impressed at all
