When I used Booking.com for this place it seemed ok. I booked my room and pulled up to the complex and checked in. When I pulled into the parking lot, I could tell that it had some renovation done recently. I went to my room after checking in and seen that the renovation was not complete yet, but I could understand and was fine with the sheetrock mud on a few places on the wall. What I didn't realize until after I was settled in that it was roach infested. I mentioned it upon checking out and was told that the particular room I was in had a long term renter prior with no cleaning done in the process. I seen over 30 roaches during my 8 hour total stay. The receptionist assured me that she would call the exterminator.
By far my favorite place to stay. The manager, Amanda, has gone above and beyond to accomodate us every time we rent a room. The rooms are always clean and the brilliant glow of the blue lights that line the walls at night are always a welcome home to us. Thanks everybody !
The five stars is for the great service that Angie gave after my hotels.com reservation somehow fell through she went over the top to help me out the room is also great could use a few touch-ups but can't complain

NO WAY THIS HOTEL'S RATING IS 4.4. WORST HOTEL EVER. NOT SAFE AT ALL. LONG TERM RESIDENTS having a party in a parking lot and hanging out. NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. AVOID AT ALL COST. This hotel did not refund my money either. NO COVID 19 POLICY either. Front desk lady did not wear a mask during COVID 19. VERY UNSAFE.
