Vanessa is very sweet but I won't be going back. I'm not asking for my money back because I'm not that kind of person, but I'm very disappointed.nnHaving had lash extensions many times before the fact that they are falling out continuously means a poor job to me. I got my classic full set on Friday and it is now Thursday, not even a full week later, and I've lost half of my lashes.nnI followed the usual rule of not getting them wet for at least 12 hours. I contacted Vanessa on SATURDAY (the day following my appt) to let her know that my lashes were falling out all day. She told me it was because I still had mascara on my lashes (must have been microscopic considering I rarely wear mascara). In my opinion, my lashes should have been cleaned prior to application if she thought it would be an issue. I've lost at least 5-7 lashes a day since.nnI contacted her again on Tuesday to let her know they were still falling out. I have yet to hear back from her or receive any kind of effort to make it right.

Vanessa is the best! I was nervous about getting lash extensions and she made me feel very comfortable. Her work is amazing - she is very detail oriented and careful in her work. She will make you look and feel like a new woman! My lashes stayed on for weeks and looked beautiful. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Vanessa is the best! My lashes have never looked better and she does an amazing job. They stay strong and healthy and my lashes always look great!

Vanessa is absolutely amazing! She has such soft gentle hands & does exactly what I ask for. Anywhere I go I always get compliments on my eyelashes extensions.
