I have been coming here for a really long time and up until this past Friday I loved it. Friday I came in at about 5:45pm. The ladies were busy and there was one woman in front of me to have her brows done. No problem, not a long wait! So then they call the lady that is in front of me. At this point I am the next to be called. ( Let me ADD that there is an employee sitting right next to me doing nothing) So while I am waiting some lady comes in asking about the wait and then said she would be back tomorrow. (The wait was no more than 10mins) so the employee sitting next to me who clearly just told this woman I was next then proceeds to take the lady to her chair and do her eyebrows. AT THIS POINT IVE BEEN THERE FOR 15MINS WAITING. I dont mention anything I just keep my peace so then its my turn they call my name and I sit in the chair lay back and close my eyes the lady comes to me to talk but just as she is about to start in walk two ladies. THIS EMPLOYEE PROCEEDS TO ASK ME TO MOVE TO ANOTHER LADIES CHAIR so she can take care of the other two ladies who just walked in. She immediately got started on her brows all while I am still sitting there waiting. I WILL NOT BE BACK this was so unprofessional and everyone I have ever recommended there will no longer be going either! Which is well over 20 people! Whoever owns this place needs to have a serious conversation about how to operate a business!
