I absolutely loved my experience with Mystique Brows. Jenny was very meticulous and gave me exactly what I requested. I wanted natural looking brows arched to fit my face. Jenny made sure my brows were perfectly symmetrical it took less time than I thought. Jenny is extremely professional and a sweetheart.nnThe reason I am giving the business a 4 out of 5 stars because of the building condition. The stairs leading up to the 2nd level are extremely rusted and can be considered a safety hazard. Also there is no lightening in the parking lot so if you have a 6 PM appointment like I did you may need a flashlight or use your phone light to get down the stairs without falling. This is of course the fault of the landlord of the building. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that the landlord makes the necessary improvements to keep current and future clients safe.
Jenny is the best and truly has magic hands with creating brows. Very professional, friendly, and sanitized well. She did an excellent job explaining the processing, talking through the after care, and was available for follow up questions. I love my brows!
