The two female employees working on Saturday, 2/20/21 at 4pm have the nastiest attitudes. My friend ordered 8 hotdogs and she was told there was a 15 minute wait. Ok, after waiting 30 minutes we were still waiting and the cashier got upset because we asked about the wait time. They were yelling across the other customers and refused to serve my friend. They cancelled her order and kept yelling and screaming until we walked away. I would never recommend this place, the employees have the worst customer service and the wait time is ridiculous. I wish I could give zero stars. Please get better staff ASAP!
BEWARE THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES!!!! They are not crawling all over the place, but I was standing in line and noticed a few on the walls and floor. The employee went to get ice for the coke I ordered and my child noticed when they lifted their foot there was a DEAD ROACH! I canceled my order immediately! Come on yall need to get it together! Call an exterminator! Health department call here we come!
Really? This is second in 2 Weeks. No pretzels for sale. Both times they had been open few hours and nothing for sale. I mean? Hello, planning skills would help sales maybe. They have good food, but never have minidogs
Last 4 times I've been here, there's a wait for half the menu. Even when they're not busy. Get it together. Work on your preparedness. Have a proper amount of staff. You basically make one thing. How is it that hard?
