Manager was really nice. Thanks Jessica. I called and asked why was I pulled up when drive thru is not busy and all I ordered was a tuna fish and broccoli and cheddar. She reported one oven was down. Very nice

Picked up a large order and items were not in the bag. Cream cheese missing. I PAID EXTRA FOR THE CREAM CHEESE!!! No spoons! We ordered 6 bowls of soup! In the midst of COVID they threw all of the bread into one bag. Uncovered.

This panera has a nice layout and has always been clean. The employees have been a mixture of kind and some that simply wish to be elsewhere. Typical Panera quality food which is definitely better than fast food.

Placed an order this Monday evening over the phone for pickup on Tuesday morning. When my husband got there to pick it up, there was no record of my order. At all. Don't get me wrong - I LOVE Panera Bread. But this particular location doesn't get it right when it comes to customer service.

Dropped in for a quick snack since my boyfriend was hungry. I ordered the summer corn soup and the cashier asked me what side I wanted with it. I think it’s safe to say most people assume that when asked like that, a side would be included with the order. I chose the fruit cup. My boyfriend also chose a fruit cup as the side with his caprese sandwich and salad. It wasn’t until we paid and got our receipt that we realized we were charged for both fruit cups. There was no mention of there being an extra charge for those. We did not say anything, but once our food was up we noticed they even forgot to include the fruit cups. We requested a refund for them, which fortunately they provided. However, this Panera needs to work on communication and customer service. There was no apology for the inconvenience or any sign of remorse.nnAs far as the food, caprese items were okay and the soup was good. They also got my boyfriends regular iced coffee wrong and gave him a latte instead, which we didn’t mention to the staff. Thjs Panera clearly needs to have cashiers go through more training before being on their own.
