Absolute trash... got picked up from the airport in Columbus paid for two buses for a big group and only got to ride in one, oh and since they want to look good for a picture we had to swap bags from the bus we cant ride in into the one that they crammed us in.... as I said absolute trash.... I hope they go out of business
We paid for two buses, they brought two buses but forced us to all cram onto the first bus with no air conditioner. Buses are old and dirty. Would not recommend at all.
“We Care” Charters, sent two buses to pick up a company of soldiers. However, they only allowed soldiers to ride on one of the two buses, which didn’t have AC/air, stating the second bus was sent for luggage. Both buses are going to the same location, however they refused to allow the company of soldiers to use ride on both buses. I realize the lowest bidder, but come on now, have some decency and show that “You Care”.
How do you send two buses and force every single person on one bus. The A/C doesn’t work, the bus that we are crammed in, is in poor condition. We payed for two buses to put groups of individuals on and both buses are going to the same location. Well I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap prices for cheap service.
Buses are great, prices are reasonable and customer service is excellent.
