Went to Ollie's for a particular item, they were sold out. The parking lot has some deep holes. Hopefully they are fixed soon. You can really ruin your car tire(s).

I had never shopped here before today and I intentionally went to shop at Ollie's to use a coupon. I always spend a good bit whichever location I stumble upon, but I was disappointed in the way that I was told not to go to another lane that just opened up. I had let someone else go ahead of me so I wouldn't hold them up. Normally, I am assisted by another register so customers don't have to wait for my things to be rung up. Very disappointed after I was told that the cashier would be calling other customers over. I probably won't be shopping there again. They have lost a good customer. Respect goes a long way. They don't know who I am.

I don't know who's in charge of the parking lot renovation but they should really start fixing up that parking lot the stores are a bit on the rinky dink side but that's because they're a little older in that area however I'd say most of the stores have nice employees and the stores are clean it just needs a bit fixing up and the cleaners on the corner with the drive-thru window I don't recommend at all

At Park Ave Thrift there is a lot of inventory and it is well organized. The prices are great. The problem is the building is in bad shape - the ceiling and floors. Also the dressing room I was in had one hook, no mirror, and no place to put your clothes when you are trying on clothes. That being said, the choices and prices are great.
