Sonesta Select Atlanta Norcross I-85

This is such a nice place. The pillows are fluffy and supportive, bath room very clean with teatree shampoo. And amenities are very up and up. Laundry facility is available too, good for long term stay. Definitely will stay again. Very impressed.

My service was poor. The front desk is not courteous. I waited outside the building for a hour. Even once trying to check in 5 mins until 3pm. I was still not allowed. The front desk worker was definitely judgmental and specially did not allow me to check in being purposely a nuisance. This experience was horrible. Anyone that focuses on being rude before I even check in, is unprofessional and I will not ever someone my money here again.

Hotel is very nice !!nThe staff is great as long as you dnt let Mpumi check you in. It was the worse customer service I ever received at a hotel. When I first walked in Mpumi didn’t greet me or made me feel welcomed. While checking me in she did not say anything but after I swiped my card she speaks to tell me my room is the first room next to the front desk. I then ask her okay what’s my total she says $169+Tax+ Incidental Fee. I say okay well that should have been addressed in the beginning I shouldn’t have to ask you my total it’s all about customer service and how you treat your guest. She also says well if you stay at any other hotel they have incidental fees and I’m just like I don’t care what other hotels have because I am checking in with you and your supposed to say a total be polite an ask for me to swipe my card it was just a terrible checkin experience with her. I would not recommend she was very disrespectful and I feel like she profiled me by putting me in the first room next to the front desk and by the way she checked me in. It was all in her body language and the way she was speaking that she didn’t want to be at work and your guest should not have to experience that.nOn the bright side Vanessa made me feel more welcomed and was happy to assist. Vanessa was great and has a great attitude and cares more about her appearance and job.

I reserved the king suite room, all to find out when I got there they “sold out of those rooms a couple hours ago” are you kidding me? What was the point of putting in a reservation? The front desk knew I livid to say the least I stayed in a basic queen room with hair all over the bathroom floor. I tried reaching out to them. No response, I wanted answers why did I waste my time putting in a reservation for it to be sold out when I got there? Wouldn’t recommend.

The property seems nice, the front desk agent was a know it all, she was rude, she was disrespectful! She raised her voice to me and when I raised my voice she told me to leave. She is not an asset she is a liability to the company! I will never go there again and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there!
