I very much enjoyed my stay! My only complaint is that the wifi was out the entire 3 days that I stayed and I was unable to plug up my laptop to the TV to watch anything due to how they've set it up. The staff that I encountered was very polite and there was minimal noise. I love the walk in shower. All in all I very pleasant stay!!
I had to leave two days early for work and they wouldn't refund ether day and were very rude when I asked politely if they could do anything to help. They don't clean the rooms often and it was over all an unpleasant experience. I will not be returning.
We had a late checkout set for later in the afternoon and had an associate ask when we were checking out, we said LATER. A cleaning lady proceeded to enter the room while we were out, go through the drawers, pack everything up in the whole room and THROW AWAY everything in the fridge, including water bottles, and personal containers of food and perishables, essential oils, everything. They simply apologized and acted like she was new. PERSONAL THINGS SHOULD NEVER BE TOUCHED AT A HOTEL, let alone packed for you or thrown away. Won't be doing business here ever again, and would recommend you make sure to bolt your door when in the room and hope they leave it alone when you are out.
Clean an rooms are spacious also love the area. I didn't rate it a 5 star because the beds was on the hard side an thats not like Marriott.
What a waste of useful space!!! Front desk associate Shaneka or Shameka was very rude and downright distasteful. I see I bothered her when I walked up because she was on her personal cellphone and smacked her teeth the entire time. We are in a pandemic and if you don’t want to be there let someone else who needs the job get it. I’m a Titanium customer that talks about how well Marriott has been over the years, but this by far is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered! I left and went to another hotel that would treat customers right!
