Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Lithia Springs

I can’t remember the ladies name (sorry) that helped us. She gave us our room but it was on the top floor and my sister is so scared of heights so I had to see if she would give us a room closer to the bottom floor. She didn’t know how to do that I think but someone was coming in to help her with that. When the guy got there they help us get another room. They was friendly and helpful! They were awesome and we loved our stay there on our way home.

Poor excuse to be associated with Marriot Chain. Allowed parties to go on past midnight in other rooms. Pot smell throughout floor. Stingy with breakfast items. Had to physically move our microwave so it could be plugged in. Toilet seat barely hanging on. Good luck reaching manager. She will avoid you.

On October 31st I checked into the Fairfield Inn By Marriott in Lithia Springs GA. On Sunday November 1st around 7:50 am I woke up to NO running Water in the sink, tub, shower, and couldn't even flush the toilet.nnMy husband went downstairs to ask about why the water isnt working and he was told the water is out in the entire Douglas county.nnWe wanted to confirm her theory, so we called My Place, a hotel that is within 2-3 minutes walking distance, and they confirmed they had water. So it's not a county issue.nnMy husband proceeded to question the receptionist is it or is not a county issue, then the receptionist then changed her story saying certain areas in the county. So my husband then asked if the property manager was here to discuss some type of compensation for this inconvenience and was told the property manager is not in and handed us a business card to call and leave a message.nnKeep in mind the time is now 10:00am with check out approaching at 12 and we still don't have any running water. So we decided to call corporate. Corporate was understanding, and reached out to the hotel and the receptionist told them a Bald Face Lie that the property manager is here knowing she wasn't, and the manager will reach out before we leave.nnWe expressed our concerns that corporate was being lied to, and felt that the property manager was not going to contact us. Unfortunately corporate hands are tied until the property manager can attept to contact us.nnThe time is now 10:50 am, I have created a video review for evidence. Before I started writing this review, I called the receptionist and asked if the property manager is in so I can speak with her and was told she's not in and won't be in until tomorrow. I hope anyone reading this will understand my frustration with this hotel hence why I have decided to write my first ever Google review.nnI would highly recommend that you Do Not Stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott.nnThanks,nEbony Henderson
