Very very loud, found other people’s hair in my unit. Makeup on my pillows. Thankfully I brought my own stuff and sandals in for the room. Staff is super super nice though.

MANAGER IS RUDE! ALL SHE DO IS TALK ON HER SPEAKER PHONE IN THE HALLWAY AND DONT DO NO WORK! SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT WEAR A MASK.
I would have to say that my check in experience wasn't the best. How is it even possible to work in hospitality when you lack it extremely? Rude is quite an understatement.
I made a reservation with this hotel for a Sunday through Wednesday I was told once I made the reservation that I could not cancel I did not check in and I was also told that if I did not check in I would not be charged they charged my card nearly $100 no check in once I spoke with someone in the office they couldn't give me a credit they couldn't give me a refund I am sorely disappointed with this location I've given a good review on them in the past and they have let me down superiorly so I would advise do not make a reservation with this hotel do not expect to be refunded if you pay anything very very disappointed. With my last experience with with this business I will never stay there again and I don't recommend anybody that wants to stay there unless they want to lose money. My overall experience I would rate that a minus one.
