2 stars cause it's my fault for leaving an item in the room(a knife) but terrible on how long it took to speak with a manager and absolutely no honestly with the male maid that took it. That's right male maid once I knew that it wasn't a female maid(not saying males can't do such work) I knew it wasn't gonna be returned so don't expect your lost items to be returned and always remember to grab everything. Also the way that I forgot it was by leaving it in the curtains because I had them cliped together with the clip of the knife because i didn't want no weirdo watching me sleep watching me sleep.Get a better curtain set up completely.(room 101)

The room was clean and the hotel was inexpensive which is why I regularly book at that hotel. But I was told that there was no holding fee unless you pay with cash but now I’m being charged 250 dollars for something that I don’t even know why! I called to try and get help but no one was able to respond & just gave me the reason that there must’ve been damages. I always record videos on the way out of air bnbs and hotels so o couldn’t imagine why I’m being charged 250 dollars! Wouldn’t have booked here if I knew I’d be getting random charges...
Very nice and quiet hotel for a late night traveler!!nGreat desk staff and rooms were extremely well kept!!
Had a great time enjoy the comfort of a king size bed. Always nice and clean and service was Awesome.
