So many people sitting outside listening to music, drinking beer, and smoking weed all while kids are running around. The staff doesn't have any control over the tenants. It's not a safe place.
Very Friendly Staff, love the walk in showers. Rooms have mini fridge, mini stove and microwave and cabinet space. Laundry available on site and in walking distance to food and grocery stores. Weekly rates are the best around.
Very good staff office was very clean...Room was very nice.Close to the interstate and restaurants,supermarkets... Really enjoyed our stay...
The rooms are small but they make you feel like home. It's like an efficiency apartment with the peace and tranquility of home. The community has a touch of the hood. Everyone looks out, and theirs people who come around and clean if needed. It's quite quaint, pet friendly and child friendly. Everyone that lives here helps in keeping the property clean. It's not perfect but it's a place that gives you a feeling of home.
Pretty chill place to rest your head. The manager is definitely an angel and having a laundry room comes in clutch.
