Mark Cook has been the most polite and professional manager we have come to meet. It has been such a great privilege meeting him and the friendly and courteous staff there. The park is nicely located in a quiet area. We are sorry to see Mark leave and he will be missed dearly. Safe journeys!!!
I completed an application. Abyann told me she would let me know if I was approved. I had to call twice and she said she would check with corporate office, but she never got back to me. I paid $100 application fee for nothing. After a week I finally told her nevermind. This was disappointing, especially because I had read such good reviews on the management of this park.
Not sure what happened but the place has been cleaned up in the past 6 months. Actually wouldn't mind living there now.
I am a travel nurse and I stayed here in my camper for four months. This place is safe, quiet, and clean. The camper/RV lots have so much room, you aren’t packed in there on top of each other. Management checks in with you and follows up on how your stay is going. I can not say enough good things about this place and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.
We stayed at Douglas Estates for 9 months and loved every minute of it. Mark takes excellent care of the neighborhood and makes the place feel like home. The grounds are manicured and well kept, including a pool and a park. Kid friendly, pet friendly, and plenty of room to maneuver larger cars/RVs. Would stay again in a heart beat!
