I took a job here as a lead man, big mistake this was the most unorganized electrical contractor I have ever seen all of their employees have not one journeyman license from any creditable schools in the United States, they literally say “yeah I’ve been to electrical school” but by that they mean they did like three months of classes at a job fair somewhere. 90 percent of their foreman really have very little knowledge of electrical code. The company not only doesn’t pay much but they hardly have any company tools including ladders. I had to bring my own 8 foot ladder from home on to the job site I was running. I still have not gotten my ladder back to this day after I quit to go work for the i.b.e.w. This company is a joke. I swear to god you would be better off choosing any other company. The owner isn’t even an electrician so guys would just go up their office and lie about their resumes and they would hire them just because they were older and said they were skilled electricians. When really they were very unprofessional and had very little knowledge about quality electrical work. It’s almost criminal that this business is even legally able to operate. Just ask any general contractor they have ever done work for. They will all tell you they would never sign them on twice. They are incapable of completing any complex electrical work. Would only be good for small jobs that apprentices can do.
