Great place to get quality carpet at the best price. Russ will take care of you and help you make a great decision based on your budget and needs. Installers were great and the carpet looks amazing. The installers did a great job with installing carpet on our stairs. Also the carpet tear out option is very affordable and highly recommended. Thanks for a great price customer service!
We were very pleased with the service we got. Russ was very knowledgeable about all the different types of product and helped us pick out what was best for our price range. They were very good about keeping us up to date with when they'd be able to install and were very quick and professional when they did come to install. They jumped through several hoops to get our carpet installed as soon as possible. Definitely our go-to people for carpet in the future.
Rude and wouldn't give me the time of day. I even brought in a sample to match. Don't go here. Waste of time. Also, they charge $50 for am estimate. All other places are free estimates.
Exceptional service! We absolutely love this place! The carpet is beautiful, and you can’t beat the prices. We shopped around before deciding on Abbey. They really take care of you here. A++.
