Language barrier of Spanish. The owner told 3 things that didn't stand true. She had not specify what a treatment was. Stylists think customers know product terminalogy. Long story short I didn't get the color I asked for. She NEVER showed me a color palette. I left with wet hair, And ugly color. &$ 85.00 short. Multi-Color Hair Salon wanted $35. More to dry & Style.THIEVES, Crooks.Save yr money.
Love this place. The ladies are absolutely awesome. I would recommend them to anyone.
Overpriced for Black natural hair. She worded a treatment, that I now realized she meant perm. She assumed I wanted my hair straight! Black natural hair is not meant for any type of CHEMICALS. We just blowout our hair temporary. She think she speaks ENGLISH well. YOU Don't!!!You only make sense to yourself!..nud83dude2bud83dude35ud83dude29
Been getting my hair cut here for 20 yrs
They gave my Mom back her smile. I am so grateful. I did not take before pictures as my Mom was embarrassed of what another hair salon did to her hair. They fixed it and now she is very happy.
