Just wanted to state my mother came into the shop to have her hair dyed the color it was already which was blonde. She needed the roots touched up and that’s what she asked Anna for when she came in. But when her hair was finished her hair was darker than what she asked for and she was not asked if she would like it another color instead of the color she asked for. Anna did not let her know that she didn’t want to bleach her hair because she felt it was damaged. Anna did not give my mother the option of saying I don’t want to have my hair done if you cannot bleach it the color that I’m asking for. Anna just decided and took it upon herself to go ahead and do exactly what she wanted to do. After my mother complained there was no apology there was no discount on the service my mother was very disappointed. My mom has come to the shop many times and has not ever been treated this way but she has decided she will never come to the shop again because Anna did not take into consideration that she has the option to say whether she wants a darker color. And have a choice as any person to find someone else who will do what she’s asking for or either give her the option to make a choice. Anna was very unprofessional and my mother will never come to her shop again.
Came in for a wash n set + I wanted a bob cut. Perfect! Will definitely be back!
My hair is natural and very thick but it also shrinks up.. For a person with my hair texture and I go like every two months she manages to take care of it condition it trim, blow it and having looking fabulous for MenYou definitely will not go wrong herennThanks Anna
