I went in today for a gel manicure and pedicure And I had a wonderful experience. I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door, my pedicure was awesome and the nail technician took her time. My gel manicure it’s so nice, and Kim held great conversation. I was also offered to have my eyebrows done, and they look amazing. I did read the reviews before I visited, but I said let me try it out myself and I actually had a great experience. I gave it four stars because I agree the place could be a bit cleaner.

I usually never leave bad reviews but this is horrible. The service was not good and I wasted so much time and still had to pay for them.

I have been going here on and off since I was 16 years old. Tried others closer to me now but I always come back to the best. Kim is the absolute best at nails. She is so sweet and I just love her to pieces. Lily the owner is great also. She is the eyebrow queen! Go try out Power Nails!!!

I’ve been here with my mom a couple of times. I came alone yesterday and they gave me 3 different prices for my services &discussed them in their 1st language to where I couldn’t understand them.They tried to charge me more to file the gel off of my current set, in order for me to get a fill in. When has any nail salon charged you take off an old color when getting a fill in?when I asked to see their prices I was told to leave. they are lucky they can’t receive no stars!

I went here with my friend and service was pretty bad. I told them we wanted a classic pedicure, she said it was $29 Each and when paying she charged us $40 each. Claiming she told me it was a deluxe pedicure... I guess she didn’t hear me but we had a clear conversation. I paid either way and tipped. Won’t be back because she had an attitude throughout the whole service. The man that works there is very sweet. He is the one who I gave the one star to. everyone else has major issues. Stop being so rude, you should be glad I’m understanding and don’t like to argue. I’m sure they’ve met others who weren’t so nice. While being there I saw other nail techs being rude to the customers. I just wanted to leave. Remember, your clients are the ones who pay your bills.
