This is a great location for CSU students because it’s just a walk across main campus, and it’s close to the mall, as well as other stores and restaurants. It’s also a good option if you don’t want to live in on campus housing and deal with res life. The apartments are completely furnished like dorms, and the people who work here are very kind and friendly.

If you want to be in a great location close to shopping, food and other fun activities, this is the place. I’m in the military and I recommend this place. They’re great with military personnel and the location isn’t far from Fort Benning. It’s right across the street from Columbus State University as well. So it’s great living for college students, staff and faculty members.

Great place to live! Continent to get to CSU and anywhere in Columbus you may need! Jake and Carol (property manager and Maintence coordinator) are great and on top of their jobs. Definitely give this place a look and become a resident!
