Love it.(-Always an forever-)Plaza on my mind...
A older hotel but in decent shape. we have been driving for 23 hours evacuating Florida from Hurricane Irma. We have not been able to find any rooms available. we stopped at Walmart to stay the night in the parking lot and saw this motel. I talked with the owner and explained our situation and pretty much begged him to let us stay with our pets..He finally agreed to let us stay with a deposit which we got back when we checked out. like I said its a older hotel but everything worked, Running water, AC, TV, Fridge. Beds were clean floors were clean. Now that we stayed there we would stay again if in the area because of our experience.
We got our hotel room and they had hair on our bed sheets. Our sheets were not changed. They just took the top cover and made it up. I am truly disgusted by this $50 dollar room. We had to go to Walmart (they the real MVP) and buy our own sheets and pillow cases. We also got Spic and Span and Lysol. It is truly not worth the experience.
It's OK nothing to really brag about. It looks like it's trapped in the 90's
The owners are extremely nice people but make excuses why the Internet won't work and the hot water does not get hot and then there was a break-in in a vehicle and the police ask the owners for the surveillance video and the owner refused to give the police their surveillance video showing that the car was broken into.
