If you’re looking for amazing secondhand appliances, this is the PLACE. Jessica was so easy to work with, super responsive and helped me find a great washer/dryer combo. My wife and I are so happy with it!! They also delivered all the way to Draper for 50 bucks!! So much better pricing for the units and delivery than anyone else in salt lake or Utah Valley!! I love that they wrapped the machines and were extra careful when bringing them in! I will for sure come back to these guys again, thanks for such an easy buying experience!!
We found the fridge we needed at a great price. Delivered to our home the next day. The plug was damaged during delivery, but they fixed it the same day. Great experience and most everything comes with a 45 day warranty.
I purchased a refrigerator from them a while back for a rental property. It was much cheaper than buying a new unit and my tenant was super excited to have stainless steel instead of white. Haven't had any problems. I will definitely be buying from them on my next rental update.
I have purchased a few appliances from A&M including over the stove microwaves and stoves. They were super chill to work with. I feel bad that some of the customers have had negative experiences because having been back a few times, they seem like the type of people that would try to fix any problems. But honestly, I haven't had any yet. If I do, I'll be sure to modify my review based on their service at that point. Until then, 5 stars from me!
It's a small family business, but they have great selection. The lady is trustworthy and friendly. She knows her stuff. I could see a cart of cleaning products out, which tells me they clean the appliances super well. Found our washer and dryer super quickly and they delivered.
