I walk in the store looking for some thread. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I went to the front to ask for some help. I was standing by these 3 employees for at least 12 minutes and as another employee walked by twice and not one of them at any point even ask if I needed help. I guess they just thought I was standing there to look at them. I would not recommend shopping here. Not friendly, poor customer service. So I will not refer this company to anyone nor will I shop here.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. We shopped here hoping that with a local store we would get better customer service. Purchased a sewing machine that wasn't in stock at that store. They told us it would take a couple of days and they would call us when it came in. We called several times during that week and were treated dismissively. Over a week later when it still hadn't been transferred stores we drove the hour to the other store to pick it up. To add insult to this injury they provided the wrong power cord and pedal with the device. We are still without a resolution on that. Given the service level I might as well have purchased the device on Amazon and saved 10%.

Really disappointed in my shopping experience. In today’s shopping environment they offer the worst shopping experience that I have had for many years. Absolutely no returns. We tried to return a pattern that they charged $12 for but the pattern was marked for $5.95. It took a manager and an entire process for them to refund the difference Nuttall—guys think about what you are doing to your customer base by treating everyone like crooks. A $6 credit on something that was overcharged and clearly your mistake. You should have done everything possible to make that right. You will be out of business in a year if you think about and treat your customer base the way we were treated today. We won’t be back into your store. We are the very demographic that you want to cater to. But why would we want to shop where the staff and policies are so unpleasant and down right mean
