The only place I've been for nail and pedicure service. I've done waxing of the eyes and lip but I give them 2.5 star on that. I have a problem toenail that is difficult to fix but they were able to follow directions and do it to my satisfaction. That is why I will always go back. They have lots of staff so there's hardly a wait at anytime if the day. They also have lots of stations and pedicure chairs.
All technicians have been great every time I've gone. Masks are required right now but the environment is comfortable. Remember to tip!
The tech started out being so nice to me and we talked nonstop just having good conversation. When she realized I only wanted the $28 pedi she didn't say one more word to me and rushed me out. I thought that was so unprofessional and just mean so I won't go back. But I did leave her a $10 tip.
Very good customer service! I felt very safe with all the health precautions they are taking!
Me and my mom got to nail art at 11:23am and my mom got called at 12:10pm. The young man called my name 4 times and I would go up and he would say just a minute. So many people that came after me went before me It was 1:10 and I had still not gotten any service my mom was finished and I had to be somewhere at 2pm .. I am so disappointed in this type of service. I have been there for a couple of years and never have gotten this type of service.
