My stylist was great. But I booked a 1:40 appointment. It was almost 2:30 before they got to me. There were 4 stylists bit only 2 cutting hair. At one point there were 2 stylists cutting one person's hair while there were 3 of us waiting. ud83eudd14
Love the girls at the Supercuts in Fort O! Always super nice and even when they're behind on schedule due to COVID they're still super friendly, respectful, and nice to talk to. I went to get my bangs and split ends trimmed on my hair and they always know exactly the lengths and style I like and also give me great styling types for my curly hair. Love them so!
For a salon that does both cut and color it is a shame that the staff is too lazy to provide those services. I called and spoke to a manager in advance who said they could schedule my wife in on a Saturday but the extremely rude staff stated they weren't doing color. If it is on your menu of options you should be able to do the work. I would not recommend this shop to groom my dog much less my wife. Absolutely pathetic with horrible service.
Cristie is AMAZING!! She has cut and styled my hair 3 times. Perfect every single time!!
Great place with a great atmosphere. Really good with kids as well
