My daughter and me went Sunday the 21st. David the owner was so rude to us he cut a hole in my daughter's big toe. I got out of my chair as fast as i could and brushed my hand getting out of the chair, he he threw a towel at me and we'll never go back. They need to be shut down ASAP!
I went on 03/14/2021. Wanted an ombré French with pink dip powder was told my nails was to short so she did a French tip instead however it’s not the quality of dip powder strength I’m use to because normally my nails don’t bend but whatever they are using is not the quality that dip powder is supposed to be. Not very friendly either so needless to say I’m not happy with the results or the experience I should have looked at the reviews before going. Lessened learned. Will never go back. Husband ain’t satisfied either specially with what they charge....
Complete unprofessional business. My bonus mom went to this location today to spend quality time with my sister since she is getting married tomorrow. The nail tech ruin the experience and left my bonus mom in tears. Shamed her openly over and over again due to shape of her nail (cause by medical conditions). She informed him she went 3 weeks ago to get he nails done and called her a lier over and over again. There is no need in treating any customer this way. Ruining a beautiful experience with with my sister and mother. My sister and mother deserve a full refund for the treatment recieved by the nail tech.
