If you are a motorcoach driver and you need some service on your coach, this was a very good place to go. They are about 5 minutes from Lake Point sports complex North of Atlanta. They were very nice and their cleaner did a very good job. He serviced the toilet and he also dumped the trash, swept and washed the floor. Appreciated their kindness in helping me out while on a trip. Thank you Leisure Time Charters for the time, service, kindness.

A couple of glitches tainted otherwise good service to Proctor Farm.nnThe buses themselves where clean and professionally driven. The ride was comfortable and room adequate. Think airline coach with a spot more cushion. This alone earns three stars.nnI only wish the driver would have been thoughtful enough to not force elderly women (we're talking 90+ age here) to climb a 100 yard-long coarse gravel hill in the dark to reach the bus from Proctor Farm's reception area. It needs to be mentioned that the same driver dropped everyone off much closer to that venue at the beginning of the day, and the gravel drive and parking area had ample room for maneuvering. No real excuse there, and unfortunate.nnAnother issue occurred with timing and communication. The driver was exactly on-time with an end of the night departure, but the reception was running slightly behind and many were stranded. Granted, he eventually came back and picked them up, AND there is little or no cell service to that property, but the driver couldn't be reached anytime after departure until another guest received a phone call from Proctor and relayed the message. A walk down that hill for confirmation would have prevented the stranding.nnThese are relatively small glitches with big impacts on customer service and impressions. Hopefully your experience will be better.
