I would like to give a shout out to PT Solutions of Cartersville. I have been going there for a couple of weeks for physical therapy after having surgery. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and the Henderson Drive location is close to my home, so it’s very convenient. I highly recommend them.

Shelly and the others have been a tremendous blessing and help in my recovery from knee replacement surgery. Its hard work but it's really paying off. If you really want to recover this is where to go.

Poor Communication Skills got a Referral originally from my PCP for my back and leg then I started therapy then I got a Referral from the foot and Ankle doctor for my foot I took them the Referral from the foot and Ankle center but today I was suppose to have therapy they cancelled on me cause they didn't realize to I was suppose to gave therapy on my feet as well so they cancelled on regular therapy POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

Can't say enough about this place. Employees gel perfectly. Therapist commuicate very well. I have been seen by 4 different therapist and they all are up to date on my condition and treatment. They explain and demonstrate patience and guidance the treatments. They show that they really care about you as a person and not just a number or dollar sign. And being an ex restaurant manager, I watch how they constantly sanitize equipment, tables, and most of all, their hands. Washing regularly and using sanitizer as well. I have full confidence in the staff there. Super friendly and good at what they do. I wouldn't hesitate referring anyone to this location. They are the tops!
