Mountain View Mobile Home & RV Park

This wouldn’t let me leave a no star. We moved him in and we were excellent tenants. Always paid on time. My child has been deemed disable and I have a service animal. ADA and HIPPA laws state I do not have to disclose my service animal. It violates my daughters rights. The owner sent me a warning via email and told me I had to get rid of my dog. I then responded to him with the fact that she’s a service animal along with the paperwork to back it up, which is also illegal to ask for by landlord. Our dog never barks unless someone is in danger. She’s only outside for 10 mins at a time to go potty. This dog is a huge part of my daughters therapy. One day on the porch Kent started walking towards my home and the dog barked. He then told my boyfriend and daughter that was it we were out. When they told me I walked over to where Kent was and asked to speak to him. I then stated my animal is a service animal and he ignored me and said whatever and kept walking. I then sent him an email stating him to kick us out (during the pandemic) because of my animal was illegal. He then responded we misunderstood and that my 6 month lease was up and he was giving 31 days for us to be out. In lease I signed it states landlord has to give 60 days. We packed and moved out on the date he asked. We left the home immaculate and even better that it was prior to us moving in there. He has refused to refund our deposit. I feel he moves tenants in and out to be able to keep their deposits no matter what. Usually the people can’t afford much so they don’t fight it. I currently have statements from 3 ex tenants proving this point. I also have statements that my home was left better than it was given. IF THIS PLACE HAS ROBBED YOU IN THE SAME WAY PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP! I will Incur all legal fees. This is dishonest and not right. Four zero 4 8 nine three eight 66 two. We will be filing next week with all statements.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Yeah it may be a nice clean park, but the owner is a slumlord to say the least. Good luck getting anything fixed! If I were you, I wouldn't rent anything here! He is in the park EVERY DAY. No one wants to see their landlord every day!

one of the few places you can park an rv long term. we must have called 20 rv resorts before we found one that accepted long term rentals.

Discovered this place driving to look at another rental. Looks like a great place to live. Hopefully my application will be approved.

Probably one of the nicest mobile home parks in Cartersville. I really like the way it is laid out.
