Just spent the weekend here . Newly opened stilll has some kinks to work out but overall was a great stay my 3 year old grandson really enjoyed the mountain out the window and the pool table .
I only stay at Hilton Hotels and this is by far the worst one I’ve been too. I was sent to three different rooms, thermostat doesn’t work in one , furniture all over the place and no bedding in the second, and a very dirty room for the third. Worst experience ever , they’re not ready to be open,
We visited this hotel due to my son's basketball tournament taking place near there. My first impression was that the hotel looked very nice. Staff was pleasant. The only problem that I had was upon returning from the tournament, I could barely find a space to park my car. I eventually found three spaces in which I could not utilize because guest had parked their large cars over the lines causing another car not to be able to get in, I had to park by a back wall that was not a space. My next problem, as me, my son and one of his teammates get ready to settle down for the night ( it was going on midnight) once we returned, I get a call to my room from the front desk saying there was a noise complaint ,mind you, they had a whole get together going on in the lobby from a baseball team that was there and there was no noise coming from my room. After that call, I hear doors slamming, kids laughing and running and we had nothing to do with those guest so I did appreciate being disturbed about someone else's nonsense. My money is just as good as any one else's . All you heard from my room was two kids talking as they proceeded to shower and lay down.
