The front desk lady late night is wonderful!nRooms are super clean! The property looked very clean. My only thing is that when we arrived the customer service the night before compared to the morning... I rate the lady at night a 10 and the day shift a 4. The reason is they weren’t friendly, they were just like “checking out? Ok.” ud83dude44 yea okay thanks, I hope the rest of their mornings go more with a bit more effort!
The truck stop and trains made it a little noisy. Otherwise it was clean, nice staff, good breakfast. Our dog stayed with us and the room was a good size for her crate etc
As usual, it was a joy to stay here. I always know that it's clean. Great beds. And wonderful staff.
My daughter was playing volleyball early and we didnt want to drive at 430 in the morning. This place was right next door so I booked the room and I paid for it.nnWe showed up and there wasn't a reservation. What? Come to find out i booked it for the same night that I booked the room. I messed up on the dates. So I got online and booked again since that is cheaper than doing the room in person. So now i am having to pay for 2 nights and stay one. Well...they didnt do that. The desk clerk contacted the gm and asked permission to refund the money from the previous night.nnShe didnt have to do that but I am so thankful and appreciative for her taking this extra step. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!nnNow on to the room. It was quiet. Beds were good. Temperature was good. Shower was good. Breakfast was good. 5 stars all the way around! This summer when my son plays at Lake Point, we will stay here. Thank you!
Nice property with excellent amenities. They do a good job of providing both a dinner and breakfast menu for their guests to take out to their rooms. A great hotel service that is not readily available today under COVID-19 restrictions. Only negative we found with the two rooms we rented was that there was too much humidity in the rooms. The AC's were not removing the moisture. This was a very concerning issue since the dampness can lead to greater health concerns.
