I heave recently done business with Bob on a special gift to an individual who deserved significant recognition. He was recommended to me by a friend who gifted me a piece of jewelry he made. In just a few words, I would describe Bob and his business as trustworthy, professional, fun, kind and as a whole, a very pleasurable experience! He was very responsive, fun to work with, so pleasant and so nice. I believe I got a great value for the money spent. And the piece of jewelry he custom made is one of a kind—honestly, it’s stunning! It will mean so much to the person we are gifting it to. I will absolutely do business with Bob again and recommend him to anyone who asks. Bob was so great to work with! I purchased a ring from another jeweler and needed it sized. After going to multiple places, I was referred to Bob because of his experience with custom jewelry. He was very responsive as we communicated via email and scheduled an appointment. He inspected the ring and was happy to size it for me. And to fix the loose stones he found. We scheduled a pick up time for a few days later and he had everything done and ready to go! I appreciate his thoroughness taking care of a unique piece that I love!!

I can officially say that Bob Staley is the best!!! I just picked up my jewelry and the price was what he quoted me which I think is extremely fair, and the jewelry looks great! I couldn't be more happy! He does all custom work so I look forward to the next piece with him. If you need anything jewelry related, he should be the first person you call.

I wanted to give my 20 year old wedding ring a boost and a new look without changing the center stone. Wanted the same ring but wanted to change the same old boring ring. Took my ring to Bob Staley, he was very attentive to what I wanted to achieve, did the work on time, and the RING LOOKS FANTASTIC. Same ring, with a massive oomph.. work done was stunning and I absolutely love my new/old ring.

After weeks of trying to find the right ring for us and not having any luck finding a ring that my girlfriend would love, we decided to make one from scratch. Bob did an amazing job, and I can’t state that enough, making our dream a reality. He took some simple drawings that I made (for the record I’m not an artist) and he turned them into a work of art. My now fiancé absolutely loves the ring and it looks even better than we could of imagined. The turn around time was really quick once bob got the pictures of the drawings. He kept in touch the entire time and was able to meet any request that we came up with. I without a doubt will be back for future jewelry purchases.
