Tyler came to inspect my gas fireplace. It needs the gasket and glass front replaced to be used safely. I considering replacing the whole insert. Tyler was friendly and helpful. Wore shoe coverings and a mask, and cleaned up the fireplace very well. I highly recommend his work!
The person sent ( Tyler ) was very helpful and professional. He kept me informed on everything that was being done. Completed and checked and rechecked everything multiple times to make sure nothing else was wrong. He was on time and ready to start. Listened to the issue at hand. Was very pleasant. And was knowable about what he was doing. He also had a plan in case anything else may have been an issue. I am very pleased with everything that transpired to bring coolness back into my home.
They are on time and fast to get the job done. Also very friendly. I’ve had to use their 24 hour line a few times now and they are very helpful and get people out to help you fast. Very impressed with them!
