I went to harbor freight in this mall area. They have great service from the lady who works register there. I had lost a receipt and she went so far as to print my receipt to her email to be able to print it off for me. Thats customer service. I hope you replace the snotty manager guy who didn't know how to work the register to do this. He didn't even want to try. Thank you so much!!!
