Kevin was extremely helpful in explaining the details of the various coverages offered and why one might want to choose one over the other. He helped us make the switch from our previous carrier as straightforward and painless as we could have hoped for. He is super personable and accommodating—not the typical salesman type. I really appreciate the time he spent answering all of our many questions. As for the coverage itself, fortunately I haven't had to file a claim thus far. One of the major reasons why we chose Farm Bureau in the first place was based on the reputation I garnered from other's (both individuals and businesses) of who have had first-hand experience with their claims department. If the day comes when I need to file a claim "knock on wood", I will update this review to reflect my experience.

When looking for a new insurance company and agent we were looking for someone who would actually sit down and go through all the best options for our home, lifestyle and our age. We have had many throughout the years that basically quote over the phone or truly don't spend time when meeting going through the best options for us under current conditions. I hate to admit it but we thought that was the norm until we started working with Kevin Bell at the Farm Bureau. He came in extremely prepared and spent as long as needed to go through all options with us. This is the first time we have felt 100% comfortable with our coverage. It's a comforting feeling versus wondering, as we have with so many other agents. We HIGHLY recommend him to anyone no matter your insurance needs, property or personal. Kevin and his staff are awesome to work with. They protect their clients and make sure they are well represented. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure things run smoothly. They take the time to make sure you have the right coverage on your policy while taking the time to understand what your needs are. Highly recommend!
