Absolutely love this school. Currently in the nursing program and I've never met such attentive professors who are eager to help you get through your courses. The quick 4 week prerequisite courses helped me zoom straight through into the Core Classes. It is expensive, but I feel like the quality of learning compared to Daytona state college is much more above par, which makes it worth it.
Personally, the place is a money sinkhole. You pay extremely high class prices & fees and then can't complete your classes because they don't have instructors for the classes (due to not enough students or unqualified teachers) you've already paid for through stipends, grants, loans, & cash. And they won't release your transcript AND OTHER STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES won't accept their credits.
Worst school in the world. Nothing but scam artists ans policies that ensure they take more money than they are worth. Being a private school they make their own rules and there is no benefit of going to them vs. another institution. 100% rip off.
This school is the worst school possible just a money hole and i was so excited to enroll they took $200 for an application fee and i didn’t end up going there because it cost well over $60,000 to become an RN. with that being said i wanted my money back and they said it would be here within 3-4 weeks we’ll its been 4 weeks and i have received nothing. The person that was helping me get enrolled has not been any help, his name is greg.
DO NOT GO HERE!nI was rushed into making a decision because they lied and said the nursing program had a waiting list. They say whatever they think you wanna hear to get your money and get you in the door. I was told there was Night Classes for the pre-recs and nursing classes but then once I signed up and was to get my schedule was told they don’t offer that but maybe later on in the future. “They didn’t have enough need for night classes” Also was told I’d have to do clinicals as far away as Orlando and be available 7am-6pm Monday - Friday. Was also told the campus classes were 9-1 and that was ok because I live 30 mins away from the Daytona campus and drop my kids off at school at 830, but later when I checked my schedule I had classes that were 8-1 I asked about it and was told yeh those are times. How can a mother do all of this & try to work??? Also supposedly my tuition was not all covered by loans and grants so I had to pay $50 out of my own pocket every month. How can I pay for so much and have no time to work?? I also decided to do my first few classes online, BIG MISTAKE no one tells you what to do, you have to figure out what book you need and then order it yourself. You have to do that every month. The online teachers basically give you assignments and that’s it! No instruction, no examples, nothing! you have to teach yourself. Forget trying to email them to ask for help they don’t answer you! I ever tried to contact the school thinking they could help but they couldn’t even get ahold of the instructor. I emailed them to say I was thinking of withdrawing and they didn’t ask why, instead they had the financial counselor call me and say “I wanna make sure you know if you withdraw you owe us $11,000” ridiculous! For 2 online classes I owe $11,000?nSCAM SCHOOL! Stay away.... All they care about is Money! They don’t care if the students succeed. Now I understand why their graduation rates are Low and the Dropout rate is High.
