Its interesting to see people of color be so blatantly dismissive of each other, specifically when one is a member of the staff while the other is a customer. Disappointing but not surprising, specifically in this area. I was more than happy to return my item because they didn't ask why or ask me to view other items or even speak with me. Lost a sale and a customer and I'll surely be advising Zales directly
Customer service/friendly attitude wasn't there at all.
I was very leery about doing the progressive leasing I was very adamant about trying to build my credit that is why I wanted to lease salesman sunny promised and confirmed with his manager Alex that this would be the best way to build my credit so I went ahead with progressive leasing come to find out when I spoke to progressive leasing personally on the phone they stated that they do not report to the credit bureau and that they do not have any affect on my credit. I feel I was swayed in the wrong direction just to make a sale I would not recommend this to anyone

Very friendly atmosphere, they were busy upon walking in and yet we were immediately assisted and they didn't hover us heavily while we looked around for what we wanted to try. I was able to find something that worked for me, wrap up of our purchase after trying on rings was quick and easy. Very nice and stress-free experience.
