Professional, knowledgable, caring and kind ! This office is top notch. They are thorough with their inital examination and attentive to easing pain. Physical therapy is not a one sided aproach to healing. It requires home work. For me combining their care with my home care ....following through with specific exercises is bringing about positive results. So happy that they were reccomended to me!!!! And Beverly the office manager is a gem. She is such an asset to the office. She is kind, accomodating and always wears a smile. 5 star *****

I have experienced very good treatment from the physical therapists in this office. Each are well versed in their treatments. It is a very friendly, upbeat and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend First Option.

First Option Physical Therapy PT discuss the options for treatment with minimum pain and then discuss your goals , and on those basis he will be extremely effective in accomplish a pain free state. I highly recommend First Option Physical Therapy! Herberts Tambley makes you feel comfortable. Mr. Tambley possesses excellent interpersonal skills and is passionate about caring for patients. As a patient, you’re also responsible for your healing process, and your chances for a full recovery will be greater if you have a strong and trustful working relationship with your therapist, and be able to follow his advice.
